God’s Best Family invites South Baltimore families to our annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway & Hot Meals on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at 1200 Nanticoke Street, Baltimore, MD 21230.

This community event brings families together for Thanksgiving support, hot meals, fellowship, and care during the holiday season.

Trick-or-Treat at Solo Gibbs Park

Trick-or-Treat at Solo Gibbs Park

Join GB Family for a safe and fun-filled afternoon of trick-or-treating at Solo Gibbs Park! This free family event will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.

Families can enjoy candy, games, music, community resources, and more. Children are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes for a chance to win a cash prize in our Costume Contest!

Community members, organizations, and businesses are also invited to sign up to host a trick-or-treat table. GB Family will provide the table—you bring the decorations, pass out candy, and join the fun. A cash prize will be awarded for the Best Decorated Table!

Today, we celebrate Labor Day, a holiday established in 1894 to honor the dedication, hard work, and contributions of America’s workforce. It reminds us that strong families, thriving communities, and a stronger nation are built by people who serve, lead, and make a difference every day.

Whether you’re a teacher, healthcare professional, first responder, tradesperson, small business owner, nonprofit leader, volunteer, or someone working behind the scenes, today we celebrate you.

This engaging family conversation is designed to help families strengthen communication, improve understanding, and create healthier relationships through honest, respectful dialogue.

Together, we’ll explore how listening, empathy, and meaningful conversations can prevent misunderstandings before they become conflict.
