Building a Stronger Community by Empowering Baltimore’s Youth and Families
Founded in South Baltimore in 2009, God’s Best Family is a results-driven nonprofit dedicated to bridging socioeconomic gaps. We empower children and parents through critical support—offering childcare, education access, health advocacy, and career development to foster a safe, engaged, and thriving community.
Today, we deliver year-round impact through initiatives such as Bright Mornings & Beyond, Summer Camp, Teen Peer Mentoring, Road to Recovery, and community-wide events. In 2024, we served over 1,350 community members—and by mid-2025, we’ve already reached 735, putting us on pace to surpass last year’s total.

As we grow, we’re working toward establishing a permanent youth and family center in South Baltimore—a space where safe learning, mentorship, and community belonging can flourish each day.
